Hoe Leong Plastic Industry (China) Ltd.
is a Singapore investment, wholly owned by Singapore Hoe Leong Group. We specialize in the manufacturing of uPVC products (such as dwv pipes, pressure pipes conduits and fittings, window and doors profiles and uPVC pallets) and development of moulds.

Our initial investment of US$ 6 million includes the purchase of complete extrusion lines from Krauss Maffei and Weber, injection -molding machine from Battenfield, welding machine from Urban and moulds from Germany, Austria and Singapore. To compliment advance formulation, we import much of our raw materials. These includes PVC resins of Korean and Japanese origin, sodium powder from ICI (British) and Du Pont (American), stabilizers etc. Yearly productions are 10000 tons of pipes and fittings, 10000 tons of profiles and 60000 square metres of doors and windows. We are proud to be one of the biggest wholly own foreign investments in our field. We produce pipes from 16mm to 400mm in diameter and profiles for casement and sliding windows (doors). We also custom made according to our customer’s requirement be it GB, BS, SS, JIS, ASTM standards, special colors and unique types of windows. Our successful development of wood grain finished profile is a major breakthrough that made us the leader in technique.

In 1996, we invested another US$ 4 million into our second phase of investment. This includes the construction of additional factory and warehousing facilities, mould-making facilities, Nissin injection machines, Elumatec welding equipment and Plasmec assembly equipment. This further expanded our yearly production capacities to about 20000 tons of pipes and fittings and 15000 tons of profiles.

Since, we began operation in 1992, Hoe Leong Plastic Industry (China) Ltd. had been updating our equipment and facilities.Coupled with specialised formulation, refined manufacturing techniques, stringent quality control and assurance procedures we received numerous commendations from major clienteles. We cleared every test conducted by the national, provincial and city authorities. In the process won many awards and accreditations. We also received the ISO 9002 certification, which speaks of our commitment to providing products and services of the highest quality.
